The cup tilts the wrong way

Open Settings in the game and flip LEFT/RIGHT or FWD/BACK. Hold the phone the way you like to carry it and use RECALIBRATE in the pause menu – that pose becomes “level”.

Steering feels too hard or too easy

Guided steering follows the way and you pick the line and the branch. Free steering lets you steer every curve yourself. Switch between them in Settings, and change the tilt sensitivity there too.

A world won't download

Some worlds are downloaded when you first open them. Check your internet connection and free storage, then tap DOWNLOAD again. Over mobile data the game tells you the size first.

Restoring the Captain Pack

On a new phone or after reinstalling: open the shop, tap the Captain Pack and choose RESTORE PURCHASES. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

Changing my choice about ads

In Settings, tap PRIVACY OPTIONS (shown where the law requires it, for example in the EU). On iPhone you can also turn tracking off under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. More in the privacy policy.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play.
